Sunday Skincare NYC Policies

We all know life in New York can be unpredictable, from late trains too late nights. However, out of respect for the service provider and for wait-listed clients, we honor a firm 48 hour cancellation policy. Please understand, when we reserve a block of time especially for you, we are turning away other guests to keep the slot secured. Please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of the full cost of your service. When booking an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation fees should you need to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment time, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This includes but is not limited to any situation pertaining to Covid. Guests who cancel or reschedule two times consecutively will be required to provide (non-refundable) prepayment prior to their next appointment date, in order to continue receiving our services. Depending on the length of your service, late guests running more than 10-15 minutes behind may have to be rescheduled to avoid inconveniencing other clients, and a 50% fee will apply. We will always do our best to run on time for your scheduled reservations, and we thank you so much for respecting our time!

EXTRACTIONS

Extractions are done after skin preparation and with a skin spatula. I do not extract using uncomfortable pressure nor do I extract with fingers. You will be able to leave the treatment with your skin intact and glowing.

TIPPING

Tips are not required at Sunday Skincare NYC. Treatments are a flat rate.

TAXES

In NYC a 4.5% tax will be applied for each service
